Excellent Quality,

Europe shipping cost more than 5 pair of lenses and doesn't make any sense nowadays. Plus Taxes coming from nowhere. Cost more than Solotica and others luxury brands. I really like the lenses but I'm a little bit offended as an European. I'm not going to buy these lenses and I'm not going to suggest them to anyone. I was hoping to implement this brand in my store but I really disappointed.

It is very bad to exclude free shipping to European countries

Wonderful eye contacts. I love them, especially the Siesta Sahara Rose, which I've been complimented on many times (with most girls who don't know me, complimenting my eyes thinking they are natural, haha!)
Last shipment had quite a delay, and we couldn't track it. So I told ColorCL and their customer support sent me an express replacement order which reached me literally in 2 days!
Absolutely wonderful customer experience in every respect, including very reasonable pricing.

They are an AMAZING company with really helpful customer service!!!! Better than other contact lens companies ive contacted, they are incredibly fast replying and solve your issues at the best way! I had an issue with a contact lens and they are sending me another one for free which is great! And their contact lenses are comfortable and extremely beautiful and natural! They deserve alot of stars????!!! Buy from them for sure!!

I love the contacts from color cl! I only give it 4 stars because of how pricey the shipping is. But I must say my package did arrive quite fast! So I was pleased. And they contacts are very comfy and reasonably priced. I was ordering from solotica and 1 pair is 70, I paid 50 for 2 pairs and shipping so still better than more expensive brands.

They are literally the best! I have never seen such amazing customer service because they really go above and beyond to accommodate you which is why I will never stop buying from them. I recommend them 100%!

Colorcl has by far been the best company I have bought from. Any issues I had they fixed and emailed me back immediately everytime helping me with any questions I had. I ordered a set of contacts from them and when I went to see the tracking it would not show me details and it had been a while since I paid for them. I contacted their costumer service and they were so polite and professional and helped me amazingly. They ended up resending my package with dhl express shipping and added in some free items from their store as well. I now only ever buy contacts from them.

These ere very beautiful contacts and the customer service and shipping is wonderful. If you wear prescription I would recommend buying multiple and stock up so your shipping can be quick and free. I bought the contacts in the color cafe from the siesta black edition line. I have really dark eyes and gave up on contacts because of that bug eye look and I got tired of people asking me if they were my real eyes. This is definitely your color if you are looking for a sudden natural pop.

I reached out to Color CL customer service for assistance in color selection for my lenses. Responses were extremely prompt, I would hear back from them within a day or less, often within 12 hours. Customer service linked me to review videos or photos to help facilitate my decision-making process. Customer service was very knowledgeable about which lenses would be suitable for my skin tone and would appear the most natural. Because of their trustworthiness in this communication, I went ahead and placed an order for several lenses. I will update my review with more details about the product once I receive it.

I have ordered multiple times from this site . All was good
But recently they changed their shipping policy and now the only option is DHL .
Not only the shipping itself is 30
The worst part is DHL the only option
DHL is the worst shipping method becouse you will ALWAYS PAY customs and you cant even calculate the exact cost of customs becouse DHL will always charge whatever they want
You will pay for the shipping and the customs fee and you will pay also an extra fee for DHL doing the calculation for you

You never know how much they'll charge you
With DHL you will always pay way more than what you would pay at local post office
It's always like waiting for an unpleasant surprise with them

The contact lenses are beautiful and comfy to wear, but ..I refuse to pay double the shipping cost, guess it time to look elsewere
